Tai chi movements

Posted on February 10, 2015 by Bay Area Tai Chi

Tai chi movements are called “forms.” Depending on the style, each form contains 20 to 100 movements. These moves or movements are calm and quiet, circular, soft and continuous, and, above all—relaxing. Tai chi movements and stances are also deliberate and practiced in pairs of opposites and they are often compared to a flowing river—long, relaxed, and continuous.
